What is a Wrinkle Relaxer?
A “Wrinkle Relaxer” is a substance that prevents muscles from working, which in turn, stops wrinkles and fine lines from forming.
Wrinkles relax and therefore the skin softens. The active ingredient is a purified protein that has been used for cosmetic purposes over many years, with excellent results. Only a registered medical practitioner can prescribe this treatment.

- Forehead Area
What should I know about Wrinkle Relaxing treatments?
The wrinkle relaxer injections usually take 2-4 days to start working, though can take up to two weeks with some patients. One treatment will typically last around three months, but cigarette smoking, excessive alcohol consumption and regular strenuous exercise may shorten its life. Regular treatments during the first 12 months may enable some people to require less product and a little less often.
The wrinkle treatments are considered to be low risk however you must discuss your health and any medical conditions you may have prior to treatment to ensure there are no risks to you.
A wrinkle relaxer treatment takes only a matter of minutes to do. Dr Samer uses very fine needles which reduces pain and discomfort for most patients. Ice can be used to reduce any pain for those who are a little more sensitive.
